Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23-08-2026

This page describes what cookies TrendsBeacon actually sets today. We keep
it short because our real footprint is small: no analytics or advertising
cookies are in use.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small piece of data a website asks your browser to store,
typically to remember who you are or what you were doing between page
loads.

Necessary cookies

WordPress sets one small technical cookie, and only for logged-in
editorial staff, so the site remembers their login session. It is not set
for, and has no effect on, an ordinary reader who is not logged in.

Analytics cookies

None are currently set. TrendsBeacon does not run Google Analytics or any
other analytics service today. If that changes, this page and our Privacy
Policy will be updated first, before any analytics cookie is set.

Advertising cookies

None are currently set. No advertising network is connected to
TrendsBeacon today — see our Advertising & Sponsored Content Policy. If an
advertising network is connected in the future, this page will be updated
first to name it and describe what it sets, and a consent mechanism will
be added first if the applicable law requires one for our readers.

Third-party cookies

TrendsBeacon does not currently embed third-party content (such as video
or social embeds) that would set its own cookies. If we add one, this
page will name it.

How to control cookies

Since TrendsBeacon sets no analytics or advertising cookies today, there
is nothing of that kind for you to opt out of. Every browser also lets you
block or delete cookies in its own settings if you prefer.

What happens if you disable cookies

Nothing on TrendsBeacon depends on cookies to function for an ordinary
reader — you can block all cookies in your browser and the site will work
exactly the same. (Disabling WordPress’s own session cookie would only
affect someone trying to log in as editorial staff.)
